About us

As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients create positive and compliant working environments. You’ll provide practical support, lead on HR projects, and design workshops that drive real change.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced, CIPD-qualified HR professional with a proactive and confident mindset. You have at least five years of experience in HR and a deep understanding of employment law and employee relations. You’re comfortable visiting clients on-site, advising on sensitive matters, and working independently while representing our brand. You communicate with clarity, think analytically, and thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on support.
